Beconase

PHOTOGRAPHER – Chris Ireland
AGENCY – Ogilvy Commom Health
CLIENT – Beconase
STYLIST - Jo Ayling

Chris Ireland shot this campaign for Beconase, an anti-hayfever nasal spray. The tagline 'Smell the real thing' being illustrated by a female hayfever sufferer sniffing fake flowers.

Jo was asked to find a bunch of fake flowers for this ad that weren't such good quality that they'd look real or that poor a quality that the shot would not be aestheticaly pleasing.

We decided after much research that felt flowers would be best for such a purpose. Obviously not real but still visually sound. Jo spent a day creating this bunch from scratch using sheets of coloured felt, pipe cleaners, hot glue and her crafty skills.
